Any cancellation or rescheduling must be approved in writing; refunds are not guaranteed once production has begun. All artwork, assets, and brand marks remain the property of the advertiser; by submitting materials, advertiser grants EDITRA a non exclusive license to use them for the contracted placement and related promotion. EDITRA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable placement.
